The contracting of EFE Agency during the year 2021, subject to the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) 9/2017, of November 8 amounted to 11.885.596,67 €, corresponding to 414 cases.
Of the 414 cases awarded during the year 2021, 8 of them were contracts subject to harmonized regulation (SARA), for an amount of €6.597.657,25, while the rest of the 406 NOT subject to harmonized regulation were awarded for a amount of 5.287.939,42 €.
As for the cases NOT subject to harmonized regulation, they are distributed as follows:
